Ingredients
- 1 pound ground breakfast sausage
- 1 (8-ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the breakfast sausage over medium heat until fully cooked and crumbly, about 10 minutes. Drain excess grease and set the sausage aside.
- Unroll the crescent-roll dough and separate it into triangles. Arrange the triangles in a 12-inch pizza pan with rims, placing the points towards the center. Press the edges together to form a crust, ensuring the dough reaches 1 1/2 inches up the sides of the pan.
- Spread the cooked sausage evenly over the dough crust. Layer the thawed hash browns on top of the sausage, followed by the shredded Cheddar cheese.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cheese.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the pizza.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the crust is lightly browned.
