  • 1 pound ground breakfast sausage
  • 1 (8-ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the breakfast sausage over medium heat until fully cooked and crumbly, about 10 minutes. Drain excess grease and set the sausage aside.
  3. Unroll the crescent-roll dough and separate it into triangles. Arrange the triangles in a 12-inch pizza pan with rims, placing the points towards the center. Press the edges together to form a crust, ensuring the dough reaches 1 1/2 inches up the sides of the pan.
  4. Spread the cooked sausage evenly over the dough crust. Layer the thawed hash browns on top of the sausage, followed by the shredded Cheddar cheese.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the pizza.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the crust is lightly browned.
