Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon creamy salad dressing, such as Miracle Whip®, or more as needed
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Pinch of paprika, for garnish
Directions
- Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover completely with water. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Once boiling, cover the saucepan, remove it from the heat, and let the eggs stand in the hot water for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and allow them to cool completely before peeling.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them into a mixing bowl.
- Add the prepared mustard, creamy salad dressing, salt, and black pepper to the yolks. Mash and stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk filling back into the egg white halves.
- Lightly sprinkle the tops with paprika before serving.
