Hawaiian Fried Chicken

Dish Description
This is a salty and sweet delicious dish.  It is marinated for 24 hours and deep-fried.  Feel free to customize it to your tastes.
Ingredients
  • 5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 cup white rice flour
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 5 eggs
  • oil for frying
Directions
  • In a large bowl combine the flour, cornstarch, soy sauce, salt, sugar, green onions, garlic, cayenne pepper and eggs. Mix well. Add the chicken and marinate for 24 hours, refrigerated.
  • Remove from refrigerator, deep fry, and serve.
