  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 4 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons salsa
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 6 hamburger buns

Directions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, taco seasoning mix, chopped green bell pepper, and onion. Use your hands to gently mix until evenly incorporated.
