Homemade Potato Chips

Dish Description
This is as simple as it can get. Perfect potato chips every time. No more expensive half-empty bags of potato chips.
  • Peanut oil, for frying
  • 2 potatoes, thinly sliced
  • Salt

  • In a large heavy saucepan, fill oil a third to halfway and heat the oil to 350 degrees F.
  • In batches, add the potato slices. Fry until light golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels, season with salt, and serve.
